The first real big chunk of money I'd save taxpayers. Taxpayers was actually a Pentagon recruitment program that we looked at and found that it hadn't recruited a single soldier, not one. And We have been able to save taxpayers over a billion dollars just by cutting that one example of wasteful spending.
