I actually had a tour at Lake Mead the other day and spoke with a park service ranger who said that we actually are using much less than our allotted amount according to the Colorado River Compact. And so We could grow quite a bit before we get in a position of being in real peril like Arizona currently is. The second thing we need to look at is revisiting that compact because the compact, which determines how much water each state can take from the Colorado river, was made in 1929 for Nevada, for California.
