So it's about 2/3, 1/3 on the city. Nonetheless, that 1/3 on the city is still a big hit. But to get the 2/3 of it, and We will be mandated at some point to have this [lead service line replacement] done in about a 10 to 13 year time frame. So that'll be very manageable. So.
