So like it is still legacy pre pollution that is happening right now. So what I end up doing at the state level is something called Introducing Polka, which is Protecting Overburdened Communities act, also known as Cumulative Impact legislation. And what's happening is the way permits work from the EPA at the federal level and then Eagle at the state level. (51:30–51:38)
