This should be a no brainer. A Chicago area judge recently ruled that immigration officers in the Chicago area will be required to wear body cameras. Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and I lead legislation that would require this for all federal police officers nationwide. There's much more to do to address the abuses of Donald Trump's lawless administration. But these bills are an obvious starting place for Congress. This kind of brutality is unacceptable in the United States. (02:11–02:19)
