This behavior is simply incompatible with American values and our Constitution. Their tactics shatter the trust that public safety depends upon. Congress must immediately act to rein in these tactics. Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman and I introduced the ICE Visibility act that would require immigration officers be identifiable to the public. This should be a no brainer. A Chicago area judge recently ruled that immigration officers in the Chicago area will be required to wear body cameras. (01:54–02:03)
