The answer is yes and no. Some things are going to be a pretty tough legal slog, other things are not. So You can reverse an executive order immediately when you're talking about cordoning off the offshore drilling in pertuity. That will probably take a legal battle to get that done because it's I think it's a 1909 law. I can't remember right off the top of my head, but that, that's been used before. (50:52–51:01)
