I would like to associate myself with my colleagues. Mr. Graves, previous comment. I too cannot believe that. I actually wish Representative Perry was here right now. I represent the Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district. We have the largest contiguous section in the Mississippi river of any congressional district. We run from Lock 3 right across from Redwood, Minnesota, to Lock 11, which is by Dubuque, Iowa. And I want to speak in support of this amendment for some very specific reasons. (00:16–00:21)
