We run from Lock 3 right across from Redwood, Minnesota, to Lock 11, which is by Dubuque, Iowa. And I want to speak in support of this amendment for some very specific reasons. The amount of money that's being spent that is off the core mission of the Army Corps of Engineers is becoming detrimental to their ability to focus on what they need to do.
