This provision will allow trucking schools that have a proven track record of success for veterans to establish another branch campus that will be able to accept veterans enrolled enrollment sooner than is allowed under the current law. In a time where the government is filled with bureaucratic red tape, I am happy to see some of this cutback in terms of veterans getting an education. (01:01–01:13)
