Thank you Mr. Chairman. My amendment in the nature of substitute would make technical changes to my bill HR5914, the Veterans Education Transparency, Transparency and Training Act. This amendment in the nature of substitute would revise the section in the bill that would require schools to provide estimated tuition costs to potential GI Bill students to the best of their ability. Instead, in the case where school cannot accurately estimate tuition, they'll provide an explanation of why the information will not be accurate. This excuse me, may not be accurate. (00:09–00:20)
