It is a very interesting district. I believe that this district was drawn out or a vietnamese american to represent. This district has a 39% AAPI community, 17% is vietnamese american. I am the only candidate that speaks fluent Vietnamese. I am the only candidate that understands the complexities of not just the vietnamese community, but just immigrant communities. Being a son of immigrants, it's interesting. (04:52–04:57)
