Well, it's really the Department of Homeland Security that is what we need to fund just to make sure everyone understands where we are here. The whole federal government is open except for the Department of Homeland Security, where The Senate now has voted 100 to 0 unanimous to pass Department of Homeland Security funding without funding for ICE and the Border Patrol. And that's because the ICE and Border Patrol got $210 billion in the big ugly law last year on top of what they're the money they get normally in their budget. (48:17–48:27)
