And then on top of that, you know, Steve and I were able to buy our first home when we got married. I was 24 and Steve was 26. My kids are that age right now. And most of the Gen Z kids who are coming out of college and then, you know, as they're getting into their mid-20s, they're a decade at best from being homeowners.
