And I take very seriously putting our young men and women in harm's way, putting their lives at risk without knowing what and why we are doing it. Also, I'm going to tell you It's Congress's responsibility to debate and authorize the use of military force. And that responsibility cannot be sidelined. So I will be voting yes on the War Powers act and saying that it's Congress's responsibility to determine when we're going to use military force and where we're going to be going from here.
