It requires every state in the country to turn over their voter rolls with all the information where you live, your privacy data, et cetera, to the Department of Homeland Security. That is a violation of the Constitution. It also makes it, it discourages absentee voting. It makes it difficult if your military look overseas. You have to go through a whole re registration process. (43:04–43:20)
