And that's something that I'm a firm believer in. I mean, the idea that the discretionary spending, which is what we fight over, is a 1.5, 1.6 trillion dollar package. We have a $2.6 trillion deficit issue that we're dealing with. with overall spending of the government. But you're not going to solve the $2.6 trillion problem with a 1.6 trillion dollar bill, especially when two thirds of that bill is what keeps us safe. (02:24–02:29)
