We've sent letters to the governor and we've supported legislation in the past and continue to support legislation that would allow little more flexibility. I mean, how does that affect people here in the District? I represent one of the poorest districts in the country. And the idea that we're going to have all these different folks be able to go out and just buy brand new cars, especially some of the more expensive electric vehicles, it's difficult on these folks.
