This year, I was proud to support HR1, the lower energy Costs Act, a major piece of legislation that streamlines the energy permitting process, increases energy infrastructure and exports, and boosts the production and processing of critical minerals. I am also proud that My bill, the NEPA Adequacy Streamlining act, was included in this package. This bill will speed up the energy project approval process by cutting red tape, approving more NEAP applications, and expanding the number of new energy development sites across the country.
