There's some uncertainty with tariffs and so forth, which is maybe slowing things down a bit. But macro wise, I'd make the argument that not since, in my lifetime, Not since 1981, when Reagan's first year in office, has there been such a push on making it easier to do business. That should attract private sector capital, but we need to double down on that, and permitting reform is a big piece of it. (32:06–32:15)
