I disagree. Now, obviously, that's why we have a legislature. The attorney general does not write and pass laws. And I'm sure that some of these questions would be debated, but This would be a fairly easy law to write that crowdfunding is not available if you're a criminal defendant. And it's a bright line rule that would be easily enforceable. Now, you might ask, is that wise? Should there be exceptions to it? I don't think so. (14:44–14:51)
