From the owner of Comfort Zone all the way down the chain, more than $1.76 million in Medicaid fraud was uncovered. Leon Montgomery, the owner's son, recently pleaded guilty. We looked at $270,000 in Medicaid submissions from Montgomery, and we determined that he was actually in Saudi Arabia when much of that work allegedly took place. Again, these cases are not easy to assemble, charge and prosecute. They take time and commitment. We in Pennsylvania have that commitment. We have the team who wants to do the work. (07:28–07:43)
