We're in the final stages of prosecuting nearly two dozen defendants from that Montgomery county based case. From the owner of Comfort Zone all the way down the chain, More than $1.76 million in Medicaid fraud was uncovered [in the Comfort Zone case]. Leon Montgomery, the owner's son, recently pleaded guilty. We looked at $270,000 in Medicaid submissions from Montgomery, and we determined that he was actually in Saudi Arabia when much of that work allegedly took place. (07:14–07:24)
