I think we're in a very good place. I think people want to move here. Here's some of the challenges we're facing economically are really around the high cost of living. The number one reason that people are leaving Orange county and frankly, leaving the state is because of the high cost of housing. where their jobs and, you know, that's keeping young people out. It's becoming a deterrent to new companies moving here or starting here. And I think it's becoming a huge competitive disadvantage. (08:43–08:50)
