If you talk to folks who build things, welders and pipe fitters and seam fitters, there's not enough of them to go around. I just came from, as I said, Three Mile Island. They can't hire enough people to meet the needs of the 2,000 people [needed] to restart [Three Mile Island] plant. But it's also going to create enormous disruption among many people in other professions.
