The second thing is that what the bill does, it's been growing at double digit, but what the projections were going forward were 6% a year for Medicaid. What the bill does is it bends the curve to 3% a year growth. So Medicaid, based on the bill that was passed, will be growing at 3% a year, the rate of inflation. So it's not cutting. There's nobody that's cutting numbers. It's slowing the growth. But then the big thing in it is that you have to work. (39:43–39:49)
