And so I'm watching all that and I'm saying to myself, well, America needs to essentially reinvent its defense industrial base. It needs to take advantage of these new technologies. And Pennsylvania should be the point of the spirit. Pennsylvania should lead the way in [the defense industrial base] revolution because we have all the characteristics that we need. We have energy, we have a great skilled workforce. We have an existing defense industrial base. We have these incredible universities. And so that's the spirit of this thing. (01:48)
