You have to be much more willing to use commercial technology. There shouldn't be. There's very few cases where there should be defense tech and commercial tech. Most of it's overlapping the same. Semiconductors are going to be used in a weapon system. There's some things that are uniquely classified as unique in the military. But we basically reinvent everything new for the military as opposed to taking advantage of commercial capability. (06:07–06:11)
