As much as I respect the governor of Texas, this is not his job. It is the job of Congress to. Pass immigration laws even if the governor's protecting his own border. That's our constitution. Is immigration is Congress. Is it federal? It's a federal. Yeah, it's a federal responsibility. It's not Abbott's response. Governor Abbott's responsibility. I know he wants to do it as well intentioned as he is, but it's the constitution. (43:00–43:05)
