It simply means you have the right to know the charges against you and you need to have the ability to dispute them. You can't be detained for no reason other than the people in power want you detained. You can suspend that, though, according to the Constitution, in cases of rebellion or invasion. So the question is going to be are we under an invasion under the constitutional or traditional legal definition? Invasion? I'm not necessarily certain we are because that would mean an armed takeover. (1:45:14–1:45:23)
