If we're going to scream and cry about the writ of habeas corpus being suspended as it pertains to people who are not lawfully in this country. The fact that Federal judges in Washington, D.C. four years ago literally did just that, they said, no, we're just going to hold them in a dungeon like they're a duke in medieval England. Just throw them in the cells and wait until what, March, April, May of 2021 to decide on what to charge these people with who have been in custody since January 6th. (1:13:30–1:13:45)
