That is one of the craziest ideas I've ever heard. First off, I've been in some of those empty storefronts. Rats, mice, roaches, leaking. The infrastructure of the MTA is falling apart. They're building three new stations on the Q train which are not needed. You cannot be putting people, human beings in the subway on any. The smell, the toxins. (14:58–15:02)
