But at the same time, we have come up with some pretty big deals in terms of budgetary things. And certainly this is what happened this week is a good reflection of that. We still have hundreds of millions. I'm sorry, we have billions of dollars in our dollars that have been appropriated that we haven't actually spent. And there are real priorities we need to get to work on. But I am do believe that there are some positive things that happened this week and I'm proud of that. (03:32–03:40)
