So they're basically an air traffic controller, if you will, you know, directing everybody as far as what's going where. The PUC, the Public Utility Commission, is a three person panel appointed by the governor that oversees ERCOT, basically oversees the industry. So. And then you have the people who actually produce the power, and then ERCOT then sends that power that's produced by the power makers to the distributors of it. (22:50–23:01)
