And so we will have to have some of these responsibilities passed on to other law enforcement agencies. But I also think We can form a new immigration enforcement agency, one that can have outside and third party oversight over its actions and have more accountability from the Congress. one that will start from the ground up with a mission of enforcing our immigration laws consistent with our values and the Constitution.
