And to me, the legitimacy of the Court is the main power that it retains. And so I've always opposed expanding the Court. I think There are good arguments around ethics requirements for the Court. We have seen that there are enormous influences that are brought to bear on these justices. And they are really the only entity in our federal government that has such little oversight and insight into what they're receiving and who is influencing them. (24:36–24:42)
