And I think some of those are that you don't want to overly politicize the Court. Any appointments after that expansion would be seen as, in my opinion, illegitimate by many Americans. And to me, The legitimacy of the Court is the main power that it retains. And so I've always opposed expanding the Court. I think there are good arguments around ethics requirements for the Court.
