And I felt like there was a line in a Supreme Court case that spoke to me in particular about voting rights, that it said that The right to vote was preservative of all of the rights, that all of your rights are derived from your right to vote. that if you can vote, you can protect yourself, you can form coalitions, you can vote for candidates if you're choosing.
