And so ultimately, even though they tried hard not to take this hospital, I mean, they put out several reports saying that we're going to do it. We got this donated at the value of $400 million. It would probably cost a couple billion dollars in 10 years for us to build a similar hospital. It opened just before COVID hit, and it's serving our veterans right now. It's created 5,000 jobs.
