And then even after you get through all that, we dilute the vote, and we even have challenges to your vote post the election. Now, the dilution, of course, is through severe gerrymandering, where we're in a state where Joe Biden got around 47% of the vote in 2020, but we only have 13 of the 38 congressional seats that are controlled by Democrats [in Texas]. And that does have a suppressive effect, because when you don't have competitive elections, then there's sometimes less effort to get out the vote. (05:51–06:06)
