I think that's really important because lasting legislation often is bipartisan. Otherwise it's attacked, as we've seen and constantly trying to be taken down. But I actually think that Filibuster reform can allow us to have more bipartisan legislation in the Senate. because folks will have the incentive to be involved with a bill that's going to move instead of saying, well, we're just going to block it with the filibuster.
