Two days ago, Trump, OMB issued a memorandum that basically admitted what Democrats have been saying all along. It's because of House Republicans that The Secret Service, FEMA, Coast Guard, TSA, CISA remain unfunded 35 days. 35 days since the Senate unanimously passed DHS funding. Every single Democrat supported it not once but twice. Democrats are not the hold up. And frankly, in this case, Senate Republicans are not the holdup. (09:35–09:52)
