She's doing all these things. But guess what? Childcare. We have childcare deserts across our community. Yes, we do. And There was just a study that came out from SU a couple weeks ago that showed for every mile a daycare is away from a woman who has a baby that needs to go to that daycare. For every additional mile, that one is 7% more likely to leave the workforce entirely.
