And then the last thing that I want to just add to what you were saying is that we need to start paying social workers better. Yeah. Can we start there? We have more and we truly have. The Department of Health and Human Services always has a shortage of actual CIS workers or adult protective service workers. and we need to pay people like they matter. And the turnover is very high.
