So it takes the federal government, it takes the state governments, but I think we have a more welcoming, come build your large project here in the US Environment. States are competing for [large projects] too. So I'm quite optimistic. After the last 20 years, the big energy intensive industries were sort of, and China's entry into the World Trade Organization and China's uncommercial subsidizing of industries to try to get strategic chokeholds.
