And what it did was it Created an address confidentiality program for victims of domestic violence and stalking. so they didn't have to Disclose their residential addresses. They wanted to not be found by the perpetrator, and it allowed them to get a P.O. box that the state sponsored so they could go and apply through the state to get a P.O. box. (14:17–14:25)
