It's a little tricky because they do have these fake almost super majorities in the Assembly, a super majority in the Senate because of the rigged maps. But Even Judge Janet, under these rigged maps, was able to win 12 of the assembly seats that they hold and six of the Senate seats. So it's a question of them looking over their shoulder that they're realizing even the gerrymanders that they made might not be able to help them try to get past overturning a rightfully won election.
