I founded a mayor's community council in the area that I live in. And the way we do it is we have a Mount Airy Community council. Right. We did it in our community. And We have different committees, right? A public safety committee, quality of life education committee. And you have groups that work through these committees. When you have this structure, you have to have one that's specifically focused on early childhood education. (11:24–11:30)
