There are a whole lot of people who decide that they want to take on as a second job becoming a rideshare driver at one of the firms that operate in our region. I want to be very clear, Philadelphia, I am not. We are not proposing a tax on rideshare drivers. Those companies, they can make a decision about whether or not they pass this cost onto those hard working folks or guess what they have the option to do. (16:36–16:42)
