This is gaming. Gaming exists across country almost in every state. There are so many people that are going to be impacted by this, and it just does not make sense. This is a Republican piece of legislation that is actually causing people to pay taxes on money they lost. It makes no sense. And that's all this is, is try to fix it and put us back to status quo.
